Not getting text messages from US Cellular customers

I switched over to Verizon Wireless this Aug and was able to get everything ported over. I was getting text messages from everyone until mid Oct. Now I can't get any texts from US Cellular Customers, which happens to be everyone in my family. I have updated my phone and still can't get anything. ¿Cómo puedo solucionar esto?

I'm sorry for any trouble in sending messages to customers of another carrier! I want you to be able to send to anyone, so let's work on this asap.
Do you receive messages from these other customers? When sending to them, do you get an error message at all? Or does it seem like the message went through on your end? Please provide me with some more information so we resolve this for you. ¡Gracias!
