Some of us can't afford that second service.  (Discussion of moderation removed as required by the Terms of Service.)  It's just a matter of time.

Too bad,  it will only hurt them though.  Word of mouth is very powerful. 

I believe in Customer Service, and have given it in my job for the last 41 years.  I did not get Customer Service today.

I'd love to look into the area for you and see what's going on! I checked your previous posts and I see you mentioned 29936 as the zip code. I see that portions of this zip code are in the extended network. This means you're not using VZW towers. Let's pinpoint your area. Are you east or west of 95?

I do not live in Seattle. you must have sent this to the wrong customer.

I am in Tennessee and my outage was fixed tho it took over 24 hours to do

so and I missed two important business transactions because of it.
