This started Sunday randomly, I Hard reset the phone, I network reset, i took out sim and re inserted, i backed up and restored, all of my updates are up to date. I have no idea what else to do, now it i also happening with my girlfriends phone, please help!

That indeed sounds like a serious situation. My apologies that you may be having issues with your messaging. I would be delighted to get this resolved. Let's try a few things first. Can you please power off iMessage on both devices. Once this is done please try to resend messages and see if their delivered. Also, please dial *228 send and select option #2.
