I am new to Verizon. I imported all my contacts (I was previously an ATT customer) - all my phone numbers have the format +1 area code + phone number.
My incoming calls are not picking up the name from my address book until I take the country code off the number. I do not want to have to take the country code off all my phone numbers !!!
Does anyone know how to leave the country code on my phone number and still have the incoming call pick up the name from my address book?
Thanks

Our systems are set to recognize the 1 + Area Code + Prefix + Number. If the numbers are from the the United States, they do not need to have the country code attached. I recommend editing your contact list in your ITunes application. I have provided some additional information below on how to transfer contacts.
