We are trying to upgrade 3 of our phones to IPhone 11's (all our phones are eligible for upgrade) and am being told that it'll cost us $900+ per phone. We have been Verizon customers for 14 years and our average bill is about $250/month. That calculates to $42,000. Now, a very close friend switched from AT&T and he was given 4 new iPhone 11's, a Google pixel AND five $400 gift cards. Verizon will not budge for us who have been with them for 14 years yet they'll give someone who's never done business with them everything for free. This makes zero sense and is now making us look elsewhere for service (something we did not want to do).
