In Riverton, Utah, we only get 1 bar -- sometimes 2 bars. Customer service says reception is bad in the area. At work (Lehi), my service is worse.
Service used to be much better. We have two phones -- one older, one is brand new. Both only get 1 bar, sometimes 2. At work, I can't even make or receive a phone call (usually).
Verizon coverage has been getting worse.
