I switched from Sprint to Verizon and purchased 3 new devices online. July 7, 2020 - I received an email with a link for each device for a $150 "switcher" rebate. I followed through with the process on July 9th for each device. The process told me at the end, I would receive my rebates within 6-8 weeks and I could simply apply those to my Verizon bill. After setting a calendar reminder to follow up, Verizon has "no record" of my submission and stated that I am past my 30-day submission window. I have spent hours of my time trying to get this resolved in the past 2 days. I am seeing now that several others have had the same issue. I would never have switched if I knew I was going to lose $450! The price of the phones is very high and this was our deciding factor in the switch. I certainly hope I can get this resolved as I did everything correctly on my end! This is very disappointing...
