I went to enter a new PIN to lock my iPad's SIM card and was asked to enter a number. At some point, I must have entered a number already, because I got a message that I had entered the wrong one. I tried another number, but that also failed. I have one try left. I'm not sure what happens if I fail on that last try, so I want to change the PIN, but how can I do that? I can't seem to choose the change PIN option.

Tomte, sorry to hear that you have had trouble with the SIM pin. Have you tried 1111? If you need the PUK code you can log into MyVerizon at verizonwireless.com . Under My Device click View All. Under About My Device, Click on My PIN and Unlocking Key. You will need to enter the PUK code and then the PIN you see presented in the pop-up.
You can also acquire your PUK code if needed by calling 800-922-0204.

Well, I found the answer myself:
After you have entered the PIN three times unsuccessfully, you will need to obtain the PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) from Verizon Wireless via your online account management tool (My Verizon, My Business Account or Verizon Enterprise Center). Please note that if the PUK is entered incorrectly 10 times, the SIM card will no longer work and must be replaced.
Unfortunately, I have not figured out where in the account information found in My Verizon the PUK is located. If anyone can tell me how to find it, I'd appreciate it.

Thank you for the reply.
I have one chance left to enter a number and then I will be locked out of
4G service. So, I have not tried 1111. What will that number do?
When I log into MyVerizon, it does not offer "view all" as an option under
My Device. Instead, under My Device it only offers the following:
My Device
Apple
iPad mini with Retina display 32GB Space Gray
Other Options:
Accessories
Change Your Prepaid Device
Device Support
FAQ
My Plan
300MB for $5 Daily Plan
View Plan Details
Other Options:
Add Data or Change Plan
Disconnection of Service
View Plan Options
There is no place I can find that provides with a PIN or PUK. I have tried
clicking on all the options listed above.
