I got a HTC Trophy from Verizon running Windows Mango 4 or 5 months ago. Everything worked fine, then one day my bluetooth earpiece became disconnected. When I would go into the phone, slide to "settings", select Bluetooth and slide the functionality to the "on" positoin, the phone would say "searching and discovering" for approximately 8 second and then the Bluethooth setting would shift back to the "off" position. With a myriad of bluethooth devices around, I had a friend come into the room with his phone and his phone detected all the devices while mine detected none. Verizon concluded this was a hardware issue so sent me a replacement HTC Trophy. The replacement phone I received has the SAME PROBLEM. Any ideas??
