Re: Someone has hacked into my daughters phone (on my plan) and is stalking her and changing passwords. How do I find details on this website?

Loren, changing a password would not be enough if an account was hacked. Likely an account is hacked because someone knew the phone number, by giving it out, or thru caller ID. The user name would need to be changed to gain more security. That would need to be a made up user name, and not a phone number being used as a user name.

If you refer to the link provided under Registering and Account Management #7. It explains how to receive a temporary password to gain access to an account by using the phone number, which is a weakness.

So I seem to think if someone doesn't use their phone number as a user name, but uses a made up name, it would be far more difficult to gain access to an account.
