I use an app called Call Blocker. It is free on the Google Play Store. Once you add a number to it, and the number calls, it does not even ring, and simply hangs up on the caller, or you can set it to where it sends the call to voicemail. It just shows in the notification that the call was blocked and the number that it blockef. You might also want to also check into Verizon's app Family Base. I believe they still have a free trial of that app also.
