This sounds like a problem you'll likely need to call Verizon directly for. But that said:
- Is the LED still blue when it stops receiving calls?
- Are the signal strength bars still lit up?
- When you call it and it doesn't ring, does the caller still receive the full number of rings, or does it go straight to voicemail?
