You may not like the replies, but Verizon does not like routinely late payments. The more often you are late, especially by more than 1 month, the more quickly these reminders will likely come. Additionally, the more you are late, the more likely you will have your service suspended for being late.

When you switch to another provider, it is only a matter of time before you start receiving these repeated reminders when you are habitually late with your payments.
