Thank you for reaching out with your concern. You can start the process of getting the return label by selecting the order for "Phone B" and use that label to return "Phone A". Since the process was started, we are expecting your device, iPhone6, back. If are having difficulties, you can reach out to us by dialing *611 to send you another label.
