I have called Verizon 5 times, and posted comments to facebook, plus visited the store that I thought was a Verizon store, and no one has called me back or attempted to contact me. I have been with Verizon since 2003, and was at my wits end until I spoke to Verizon rep, Larry [removed], from the Rancho Cardova California office. He listened to my complaint, took ownership of the problem, and resolved the issue to 100% of my satisfaction. Up until this point, I was ready to cancel my account and turn in my phone after 12 years of being a loyal customer.
I would suggest you review the sales practices of TCC, 0947 Albany NY, 1475 Western Ave, Albany, NY 12203. They totally misled and lied to me in order to make a sale on 6/21/2015. I would not want this agency representing my company. I am filing a complaint against them with the better business bureau against this store. You may contact me if you need further information.
