Replying to:
Is Verizon Wireless in violation of its own Terms and Services Policy?

Take time to honestly read and consider each of the following points and references, without glossing over the obvious truth that is presented in front of you, then tell me who is in violation of "terms and services"... me or Verizon ?????

Verizon is in violation of Federal Law, FCC policy, CTIA policy, and Verizon's own user policy regarding unlocked LTE devices. I'm just pointing this out. This is not hacking. Simply making available what was already present in the device as designed by Motorola and which was available out of the box when the devices was first turned on. This feature was working with original 5.0 android software from factory. It only became "unavailable" (menu option hidden) upon OTA (over the air) software update pushed out by Verizon. The phone originally came capable of toggling this menu option from CDMA to GSM. THIS IS NOT HACKING. The ONLY thing illegal is Verizon's blatant disregard of these acknowledgements by new Federal Law and its own device policy.

There was NO hacking, NO rooting, NO bootloader unlocking, just toggling a setting already available in the device.

And I am not alone:

"Stop Carrier Locking Motorola Moto E LTE XT1528"

5.1 Update disabled ability to switch to GSM
https://forums.motorola.com/posts/00363bce36
After updating to 5.1, the ability to switch between CDMA and GSM seems to have been locked. How can this be fixed?  The phone is capable of both (GSM was working fine on Lolipop 5). This is for a XT1528 (Verizon branded)
