It looks like Verizon has been busy rolling out some LTE Network improvements in this area. Tonight I observed an iPhone 6S+ connecting to Verizon's refarmed PCS spectrum (formerly used for 3G access) in Tonawanda, NY. Speeds were not much better from Band 4 or Band 13, but it is good to know the refarm efforts are underway! Previously I was only seeing Band 4 and Band 13.
