Thank you for getting back to me stay with me.On April 15th 2015 I received
a text stating since I was a good customer I am eligible for an early
upgrade for the edge galaxy 6.Interested I called and spoke to a
representative on April 16th.The representative stated they did not see my
upgrade offer (which is ridiculous )and offered me the phone through the
edge program.I was a little disappointed but accepted the secondary
offer. The phone was due to be shipped on april 24th.A day or 2 after my
acceptance I receive an email from Verizon stating my shipment may be
delayed due to a past due balance of 56 dollars.I immediately spoke to
another Verizon representative asking them if I pay my balance on the 24th
will it effect my shipment. The reprentative stated no
HERE'S WHERE IT GETS BIZARRE.On April 25th I receive a notification from
chase stating Verizon charged me 799 the full price for the phone from my
account.I could not understand this because I agreed to the edge program
not authorizing the full price for the phone.I immediately called several
representatives and asked to speak to a supervisor every time to no
avail...I had to speak to a regional president to get someone to refund my
money....this happened on the 25th of april...it's now may 10th I still
have no money or phone.Even though I was told 3 to 5 business days from may
8th I'm actually waiting till the 5th day to receive my money which is
ridiculous (YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE SOONER KNOWING VERIZON IS AT
FAULT)I was also told by the last representative that my claim was put on
the wrong(NEGLIGENCE ON VERIZON PART)and it was an error to take my money
without my authorization (MORE NEGLIGENCE ON VERIZON PART )What really
upsets me after everything I went through Verizon had a here's just your
money back attitude not taking any responsibility for what just happened
and not cherishing me as a valuable customer who spends about 500 dollars a
month which might I add is more than my car note and insurance...I love the
phone service but honestly the customer service left such a bad taste in my
mouth I'm contemplating buying out my contract and going to at&t...
