I went into the Verizon store located at Culver Ridge on Monday February 16th and had an employee install an SD card in my phone. I left the store and later realized the phone would not take a picture. I went back at 8:45pm and the person that originally helped me who said he'd be there until 9pm was not there. I was helped by Rob << Last name removed >> instead. Rob was professional and friendly. He stayed well after closing to help me and he did fix my issue. I cann't say enough good things about him. He was so helpful and very nice and really went the extra mile to fix my issue. He is a great Verizon representative. All Verizon representative could learn a lot from Rob's knowledge and professionalism.
