Register each number for it's own MyVerizon account, with it's own log in and password. You will still show as the "owner" of the account, but each number manages it's own ringback tones, media purchases, Backup Assistant, etc. The secondary accounts will not have access to billing information or account details, only the owner/primary number has that, unless you assign the numbers manager status.
I'm not sure you can their names show up on their numbers, as there is only one "owner" on a family plan. My name shows on all the lines on our plan...
