What you're asking for is service inside your home. Unfortunately no carrier will guarantee service inside of any structure. I lived in a house where AT&T worked perfectly but VZW, Sprint and TMobile didn't. There are many contributing factors that could prevent your phone from working inside any structure. VZW (and I am sure all other carriers) has the network extender to help you get service inside. If that solution doesn't tickle your fancy you can get Magic Jack (though there are traditionally problems receiving calls from sell phones). There's a new one call Ooma or just call you cable/internet provider and add their landline service.
