What made this even worse was when I first called about the erroneous charge on my account, they said they could only give me a credit in the next billing cycle, i.e. I would have to pay for something I didn't order and wait another month for a credit  Who does business like this? I can't imagine  us toners staying with my business if I made a mistake but told them they would still have to pay it as there was no way I could issue a credit until next month. Unbelievable!
