" we have been customers for six years even when offerred lower plans  by competitors. Now I am sick (chemo) and with two kids in college, a  brutal winter with no power, our phones are suspended due to my husbands  bad judgement and my lost job. We are freaked out and desperate we owe a  1000 and it may as wqell be the moomn. please please someone help us.  We love verizomn. We just finshed our third 2 year contract. (removed) ..Dear Verizon please work with us. I am so scared all the time in  this rural area ...Maggie".
