So instead of using a $50 pre-paid basic phone plan you can use a $50 smartphone pre-paid plan. Seems like the same price to me. The BBB will do nothing. Only thing it did was made you feel good like you actually did something. You didn't. You erred in not making sure which plan was compatible for the phone FIRST. As far as "ripping people off" I'm pretty sure the number of people being "ripped off" by accidentally buying basic phone plans instead of smartphone plans for the ENV Touch is miniscule.
