I was a loyal verizon customer for 10 years, so forgive me if it's been a while since i read the service agreement. Needless to say, I'm no longer a customer, won't be returning after the crappy customer 'service' I've gotten in the last month, and will be recommending to any friends, family, and via social media/web that people avoid Verizon in the future. Yeah, I'm a little ****** at how they treated me, but that's what they get for crappy service.
A) It's not a scam if it's clearly written in your customer agreement if you didn't agree with the terms you shouldn't have signed the agreement.
B) electric, gas water are UTILITIES. They are heavily regulated.
C) if you left Verizon you;re not very loyal. Not that it matters. I'm sure why people always claim to be "loyal" that's just goobly gook meaningless talk.
