My Verizon employee discount was expired because I started process but I did not finish it within 72 hours. And customer service rep told me that it will take effect about 2,3 billing cycles since it is going to be a brand new discount. When I bought Verizon phone, my employee discount was applied immediately. I work for same company ever since. I just don't understand I have to wait for months to get discount. Customer service person was not nice at all. Does anyone have same problem?
