I started service with this provider when the company was BELL ATLANTIC.  That was a long time ago.  Over the years, this company went from offering the best customer service and deals to being downright horrible.  I have watched the monthly plans increase, the unlimited data packages disappear, and dealt with terrible customer service.  During my last purchase, I was told that I would be charged a $30 upgrade fee.  I was completely stunned as I have NEVER heard of a business charging someone to continue patronizing that business!  And perhaps if the service were cheaper, that could be justified.  However, Verzion is FAR from cheap and if they are not the most expensive provider, they certainly must be one of them.  I went to send an email to customer service and realized that there is no longer such an option; it has been replaced by CHAT.  Well, that's nice and all, but what happens when you consistently try to use this chat function and all reps are BUSY??  I have a family plan with 3 lines and I find this level of service for the money I pay totally unacceptable.  This two years will be my last.
