Yes, the regular access charge remains. But taxes are always subject to change. It's rare but they still are. I doubt Verizon even has a tool that can estimate axes. If you talk to a rep that has been around the block a few times they can estimate it based of experience or you could even estimate it based of the taxes you had on your Sprint bill because in most cases all telecommunication taxes are the same regardless of provider.
