The one way is to contact a lawyer or take verizon to court. Find the news article that stated that those who ordered on that weekend could indeed keep their unlimited. Your receipt also shows when you ordered so that will also cover you.
Verizon can over ride account actions. Don't let them tell you that you cannot.
I believe you can just swap out meid numbers for each device from my verizon. I know I had done it in the past when I buy my phones at full price. I switch out the esn/meid/emid number from my new device over my old device.
