that's nice that the minutes are free, but my time cost me money. I had been calling the fraud number (888-483-7200) I was given by an agent last night. when I tried 800-922-0204 I got a message that customer service was not available at this time...why couldn't the 7200 number have told me that so I didn't have to wait on hold for an hour?
