But you are missing the point of the lack of customer service by promised follow ups that do not happen, a local store manager who represents Verizon saying that they can do whatever they want since other carriers would screw you too (his words) .... an the Verizon tech is the one that sent us to the Apple store Genius Bar and then we did what they asked and they now say well then handle it through Apple .... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE COMPLAINT ... and the insurance will not honor a manufacturer defect confirmed by the manufacturer that VERIZON requested we get the report!
