I also just spoke with tech support, hoping to get a network extender due to a very weak signal in our area. We've been with them for 12 years as well and have 6 lines but they still wanted to charge an additional $299.00 for an extender. I am very disappointed in the excessive fees for what should be standard equipment to get normal signals. I'm so,sorry we dropped our landline now and we will also be looking at Sprint or AT&T for better service. Verizon does not have the same service they used to ๐
