See the thing is, you upgraded your phones right before you moved and Verizon isn't going to buy devices at a $400 or $500 discount and let you leave without an ETF. Second of all I lived in Minneapolis for most of my life and never had a problem there. I could see it, that if you went west into Wisconsin with all of the trees and hills how hard it could be to get service though : (
