Hmm alright thanks, not a big deal i can use my bank card for the purchase i was doing lol. I was just wondering, i was like psh not worth it if the limit is really $15 
But since it should increase (eventually) via the system and me paying on time as my account ages then thats good.
I know i have good credit over all so that cant be the limiting factor.
