The only thing I can think of is just having calls just from your contacts. Some phones have that option and others don't.Check to see if you have it....

4. Default last 4 digits of your phone number
5. Restrictions
6. 4 digit code again
7. Calls
8. Incoming calls
9. Contacts Only
