What is going on? O have been trying to talk to a live person since before Thanksgiving, and have not talked to anyone yet. I get a 10 minute wait time message, a d 45 minutes later I hang up. I have left my number for call back 3 times, and no one calls back. This morning I got a text from Verizon, and responded back, to which Verizon said they would contact me shortly, and 12 hours later, I am still waiting. At least with sorry old AT&T, you can talk to someone. If I don't get someone soon, AT&T will have 4 numbers.
