Verizon's  Carryover plan is more of a scam. A scam by any other name is still a scam.   It is designed in their favor. AT&T uses the carryover data first. Then your  allowed data. That way. You enjoy the benefit of what you don't use.  I came from  AT&T to verizon. The salespeople misled  me. They misled  me in their $ 300 bonus for a new phone, they misled me in $10 off for autopay. I feel  completely  cheated. They just lied to me ouright. Only a class action lawsuit will fix this behavior.

'Rollover Data is used only after the full data allowance for your AT&T Mobile Share Advantage or AT&T Mobile Share Advantage for Business plan in the current bill cycle is used. Once you exceed your plan's current allowance, you'll automatically start using your available Rollover Data. If all monthly plan data and Rollover Data are used, an additional allotment of overage data is automatically charged to your account. Overage data does not roll over.'

So that's a negative. Carryover works the same way.

$300 off sounds like over time credits as in $300 / 24 months. Promos with these requirements will say so clearly. Even if a rep doesn't mention, it's viewable by you online with all disclosures made public.

Lastly $10 off for autopay clearly lists for unlimited data plans and Verizon makes an emphasis that you need autopay with your bank + paperless billing. All the disclosures are out in the open. It's up to you as the customer to read them.
