My apologies, Nceantonio! I know how hard it can be to catch up on your bill. In your situation, our Financial Services team is the only team who can set up payment arrangements and keep your account connected. We would recommend reaching out to Financial Services again at 866-266-1445. They are available Mon-Fri 7:00AM - 12:00AM ET, and Sat 8:00AM - 8:00PM ET. Please keep in mind that there is a $20 reactivation fee per line when reconnecting service. Does that help clarify the next steps to getting your billing resolved?
