I called and spoke with a Franke today.  I was inquiring about prepay versus the postpay I currently have.  I decided to stay with postpay.  Franke signed me up for prepay and it took me THREE hours and 6 different Verizon reps to get it reversed.  All this because I was just calling and inquiring.  Franke does not belong in this job as his attention to detail is Zero.    I spoke with Franke, Stacy, Rachitta, Vin, Carley and Kevin.  Carley was finally able to fix it.  3 hours later.
