It's great to hear that you're looking to join our network, although I'm sorry to hear that you've had such a long wait for it. Outside of a letter saying you were approved for service, you also mentioned that you had received some sort of address to contact for further questions. What happened when you contacted them? Have you checked your email (including your spam folder) for any emails from our Fraud department? What if you were to go to a store ( ) and start service there instead?
