Why does Verizon think that replacing a turbo 2 because of internal problems, with a Moto z force . Then they don't send chargers and back cover then tell you you have to buy the back cover? Does Verizon buy company cars with out a hood then pay extra for the hood? I think so because thats what they are telling me. There doing me a favor by replacing me phobe. Just build a phone that lasts 2 years that would be nice.
