JASEBE76, our valued customer's service concerns are always our top priority. Hearing that you're experiencing service issues (e.g. dropped calls and apps not working) both inside and outside in the zip code area of 22209 (Arlington, VA) is a very urgent matter. Rest assured we will do everything we can to get these service issues resolved for you.

At present, we're not any network servide issues or service outages with our cell towers in and around the 2209 zip code area. However, we'd like to dig deeper into this urgent matter.

You mentioned having recently moved to your current office location. How long have you been experiencing issues with dropped calls and apps not working at your new office location? Are there other Verizon customer's service being affected there? What make/model phone are you using?
