Were I working for Asurion, and responsible for the bottom line, I would sooner send out backorder notices for weeks (which then can and will do) or a cash settlement of $400 than a $960 phone that is 3 generations newer. Read Asurion paperwork, they don’t guarantee all features like an S-pen.
