I have trying all day and I am not able to get [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] to work. I also tried to send a text to myself from the verizon website, and that did not go through as well. I tried calling customer service, but not able to get through to a person..keeps telling me that I have to Port my number. I will go to the store that I bought my phone from and hopefully they have a way to help.
