Sound is a must. We can’t have this continue. Let's go to your main Verizon Messages page in the app. It should say Conversations. Please hit the three lines in the upper right and select Customize. Then please scroll down to “Reset to Default”. Doing this will not lose any messages. Let us know is sound is restored after the reset or not.
