Reply to Message

I have a Samsung note 5 and, lately, I'm having issues with message + failures.  I use the swyft keyboard that provides GIF images and these images fail to send. And this is random. 

I've tried deleting messages and clearing cache but nothing helps. 

What the heck is going on? Anyone else experiencing this?
