I have had the same issue since 1/13. Everything was working fine prior to that. Now, no sync between any devices and no matter where I text from, the response always goes to my phone. Please don't respond with basic support suggestions like "power it off and back on or uninstall the app and reinstall it". way past that point in the cycle.
