Icmbjm, thank you for continuing to work with us toward a resolution on the app error message. We would like to complete a few additional steps. Please use the steps on the following web page to stop the Verizon Messages app. Then proceed to clear the cache in the application as shown on the following web page Lastly, please use the steps on the following web page to reset the app. Please let us know how the app works thereafter.
