Seems you need to start thinking outside the box.  Refering to your Support Services Manual and repeating the same advice to all your customers experiencing grief over your latest update just isn't cutting it. It would appear that the solution to this problem to to stop sending out the update notifications until such time that you can perform some regression testing so not to turn your customers phones into bricks in the future.
