We truly appreciate all the efforts you have taken to try to resolve this matter. Can you please provide us the make/model of the wireless charging pad you are utilizing? Also, please retest your device by removing the otter box case and place your device in safe mode Please let us know if the same concern occurs with the wireless charging pad while your device is on safe mode.
